They are fun for both the dogs and their owners/caregiver.

The following workshops are being held at On the Scent this year.
RECALL WORKSHOP:
Sunday 29th March 2026 12pm.
Sunday 3rd May 2026 1pm.
Sunday 7th June 2026 2.30pm.
Suitable for all dogs and owners who need a better recall or a refresher.
LOOSE LEASH WALKING.
Sunday 17th May 2026 2.30pm.
Saturday 23rd May 2026 1.30pm.
INTRODUCTION TO TRACKING.
Sunday 14th June 2026 2.30pm.
Saturday 20th June 2026 1.30pm.
SCENT WORKSHOP.
Saturday 27th June 2026 1.30pm.
CLICKER AND TRICKS TRAINING WORKSHOP.
Sunday 25th July 2026 1.30pm.
Important information.
All the workshops are open to all dogs with either an up to date vaccination record or a titre test certificate. Proof is required.
In the event a bitch comes into season then the owner would need to attend without their dog.
Reactive dogs are welcome subject to wearing the correct muzzle.
NON-REFUNDABLE deposits are required at the time of booking of £30.00 for one dog and one handler and £10.00 per spectator.
Price:
All the workshops are priced at £70 per dog with one handler.
Spectators: £20 per person.
Depending on attendee numbers, the workshops last between 2 and 3 hours.
If we need to cancel
In the event the weather stops play due to heat or pouring rain then another workshop date will be offered or a 1.5 hour private lesson will be offered instead as all training takes part outside.
